As December takes hold in Poland, there’s a welcome sense of the year beginning to slow. In the Verita HR offices, Christmas trees are decorated, lights glow a little brighter, and conversations turn to Christmas plans. This signals it’s time to bid farewell to the lively intensity of the past months and welcome the merry spirit of the season, along with a hard-earned holiday break.

It has been a demanding yet rewarding year of growth for Verita HR. Fast-paced, full of challenges, and ultimately defined by achievements worth celebrating, 2025 tested resilience and rewarded teamwork in equal measure.

Looking Ahead to 2026
Verita HR enjoyed a remarkable year of growth and achievement in 2025. Finance, Payroll, Key Account Management, Recruitment, Marketing, Administration, clients and partners combined efforts to drive progress and overcome every obstacle.
Reflecting on the year’s progress and looking ahead, Verita HR’s CEO, Austin Birks, shared his perspective, explaining that he is “very optimistic about what 2026 holds… what we’ve done really well in 2025 is we’ve created excellent working relationships.”
He continued that these relationships were built on the hard work of team members at Verita HR, adding: “everybody’s been working really, really hard… One of the things that I really admire about the workforce and the company is the fact that people do stand up and say, right, I’ll put those hours in. I’ll do what I have to do. I’ll make that extra effort.”
These strong relationships now form the foundation for continued momentum, shared success, and confident growth as Verita HR moves into 2026.
Time to Rest, Recharge, and Celebrate
Christmas is finally here, making it the perfect moment to pause, raise a glass, and extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who made 2025 such an exceptional year for Verita HR. Each team brought something special to the table, and together turned a demanding year into one filled with achievement and pride.
Refreshed and ready in January, the team at Verita HR will return with the same dedication, collaboration, and energy that shaped 2025, ready to make 2026 another exceptional year.
