A quick browse on leading jobsite Glassdoor gives you a good idea of how popular blockchain roles are in Poland today. It is not just the roles; it is the type of companies that are targeting talent in Central Europe’s leading economy. Bitcoin may not be performing well lately, but tokenization has been gaining real momentum. Companies across the world are investing, some of them are just investing in Polish talent. To help, we looked at the blockchain talent landscape in Poland today.
Before we get stuck into the data, the annual Polish blockchain calendar offers more insights. What companies are sponsoring, who are speaking, how is Poland showcasing its blockchain credentials?
Key Blockchain Events in Poland
During the first quarter of 2026 there are several events you may want to consider attending.
The first one is the Crypto Community Conference that takes place in Lodz on February 21. Speakers include representatives from CMC Markets, Recoveris, bitcoin.pl, Kanga, Cashify, BeInCrypto, and many others. Partners include established international cryptocurrency players like Bitget and OKX.

It starts with the Next Block Expo or nbx which takes place in Warsaw on March 24 – 25. NBX has attracted some influential media partners like Cointelegraph and BeInCrypto. Last year speakers included representatives from Solana Foundation. Polkadot and Bitget.
This year’s speaker list is not available yet, but tickets are already on sale. According to online reports 1,738 people attended the event in 2025.
March 31 – April 1 there is an International Conference on Blockchain Technologies and Machine Learning taking place in Warsaw too, although not much information is available yet.
Later there is the MoneroKon Conference which takes place in Warsaw June 5 -7. It is a meeting which includes ‘cypherpunks’ according to the event description. This is a phrase that only OG crypto bros would use, showing the maturity of the Polish blockchain scene.
The events spanning the first half of 2026 show the interest Poles are displaying towards blockchain. It is not just Poles; it is companies engaging with Poland too.
Who are the Leading Blockchain companies in Poland?
It is important to remember that blockchain is not crypto and crypto is more than blockchain. It may be the case that most crypto companies have blockchain specialists working for them. But blockchain specialists also work for companies that are not crypto native.
In 2024 we brought you a story about the most influential blockchain leaders in Poland. Companies we highlighted included Ramp, Golem Foundation, Lukka (which acquired Coinfirm), Match-Trade Technologies, and Zondacrypto were just some of the companies mentioned in the story. A few of the companies have not lasted. New ones have entered the market. The market is changing.
Today, Poland’s blockchain specialist job market remains niche but growing. In the main companies are centered around Warsaw and Krakow with some specialists working remotely. Poznan has become a new hub for blockchain that we have identified in today’s story.
Companies like Ramp, Match-Trade Technologies and Zondacrypto are still highly visible on the market, as well as actively recruiting, although not necessarily blockchain specialists, which today’s story focusses on. Others are new to Poland’s rich tech ecosystem.
Who are the Companies Recruiting Blockchain Specialist in Poland Today?
LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Nofluffjobs, pracuj.pl all have job vacancies for companies recruiting blockchain specialists in Poland today. Many of the companies have offices in Poland already. Others are recruiting people remotely to work for their operations in other locations in the European Union.
We had a look at the companies recruiting in Poland today, and the roles for which they are currently sourcing.
Firms Recruiting Blockchain Specialists Locally
Crypto.com has been one of the companies that is recruiting heavily in Poland. Roles include Blockchain DevOps Engineer, Blockchain Application Support Engineer, and Rust Engineer. The location is listed as Poland, and it looks like Crypto.com has a presence in Poland. However, there is no member of staff on LinkedIn that works in Poland today, or any mention of an office in Poland from an online search. Perhaps the work is actually remote?
Capital.com is a high growth fintech company empowering people to participate in financial markets through user-friendly and innovative online trading platforms. It opened its offices in Warsaw in April 2022 as a key technology and engineering hub to support the company’s growth. Today the firm is looking for a Head of Risk Management (Digital Assets) to work in a hybrid role out of Warsaw.
OKX, from the Seychelles, is a technology company building a decentralized future. The firm is known for being one of the fastest and most reliable crypto apps in the world. It recently expanded into Poland and is looking to capitalize on this by recruiting a VIP Relationship Manager, Poland & CEE. The role is focused on active traders, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, prop trading desks, and smaller corporate clients.
Match-Trade Technologies is a Polish based business. It is a standalone trading platform tailored to Forex and Prop trading specifics, similarly to Crypto.com. Match-Trade Technologies has offices in Warsaw and Poznan. The company is looking for a Junior Crypto Payments Specialist currently.
Daftcode is a company we haven’t written about before. It is based in Bulgaria and Poland. The company states that it creates, scales, and invests in startups in the blockchain space. However, the firm does not have any in-house blockchain specialists, but it is recruiting a General Director (in Bulgaria) to work at a crypto exchange that is one of its portfolio companies. It does work with other blockchain startups too, offering them tech and business support.
Crystal Intelligence provides advanced blockchain analytics for crypto crime investigation, compliance, and risk management. The firm, from the Netherlands, has several people working across various locations in Poland. Crystal Intelligence is looking for an Engineering Manager according to LinkedIn. The person will be looking after platform squads including those responsible for blockchain integrations. The company is well represented amongst the blockchain community in Poland. You can meet Jacek Trzmiel, Europe Sales Director at Crystal Intelligence, at industry events like Crypto Talks Warsaw, which took place this week.
Jacek will be at Crypto Talks Warsaw tomorrow, joining regulators, policymakers, and global industry leaders to dig into digital assets, regulation, and the future of digital finance.

Neti, based out of Rzeszow in Southeast Poland, is a consulting and delivery partner for the fintech and blockchain sectors. The firm has deep experience supporting clients with Web3 protocols, DeFi, blockchain, and other sectors. Neti is currently looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner (Fintech, Stablecoins, Web3) in Rzeszow. Interestingly, Neti list Liberland – an almost virtual country based on the Danube river – as a customer. The firm also works with Golem and leading blockchain firm Tezos.
Espeo Software, based out of Poznan in Western Poland, specializes in developing and implementing innovative fintech solutions. It has deep expertise in blockchain and is looking for a Business Manager in a hybrid role that requires deep experience in blockchain projects.
STX Next, also based out of Poznan, has strong heritage in Python. The company positions itself as a consultancy firm and AI solutions expert. A small percentage of the employees of the company have competence with blockchain. The company is not looking for a blockchain specialist currently.
RITS helps companies by providing specialized IT experts and designing bespoke systems. The company uses a low-code/no-code platform to help customers. RITS ecosystem includes companies such as ORACLE and Salesforce. Today, RITS is looking for a DLT Developer. The right person needs to be able to work with smart contracts and be able to integrate them with hot or cold wallets.
Danske Bank is the largest bank in Denmark. It operates a shared service centre in Warsaw, which opened in 2017. The bank has been investing in blockchain for some time and Mads Clemmensen is Digital Assets Lead, based out of Copenhagen. The Warsaw office is continuously augmenting its team, blockchain roles may be coming soon.
HSBC is the largest bank in Europe by assets today. It has offices in Krakow, Poland, where it first recruited a blockchain specialist in 2024. The leading bank has a lot of employees engaged in payments; it also has a team of digital innovation graduates who are all exposed to blockchain technology at the bank. HSBC also owns its own blockchain, which it operates in Hong Kong and Singapore now. Currently the bank is not looking for a blockchain specialist, but this may change soon.
Nethermind, based out of London and Krakow, has a world class team of builders and researchers with expertise in Ethereum, protocol engineering, layer 2 scaling, decentralized finance, smart contracts development and enterprise blockchain. The firm is currently looking for a smart contract auditor, founding protocol engineer (web3 + AI), and many other roles. They are all listed as being remote, although Nethermind has a local office.
Euroclear is a global provider of Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) services, based in Belgium. The firm has a shared service centre based in Krakow where the team has recently started to focus on blockchain. Euroclear is currently looking for a DLT / Web3 Solution Architect who is expected to be a visionary in the firm’s Innovation Tribe. The person will use blockchain in multi-domain integration. Euroclear is also looking for a Cryptography Policy Officer.
Tradevest, a leading German digital assets infrastructure provider, offers a real time cloud native banking gateway combined with next level artificial intelligence prediction capabilities. The firm started to recruit tech specialists in Warsaw in 2025 and has established a strong presence in the Polish capital. Jan Terlecki, the company’s CTO, is based out of Warsaw. Today the firm is looking for a VP – Market Making & On-Chain Settlement, a Product Lead for KYC/AML, and a customer operations specialist in finance.
Revolut, the London-based challenger bank, has had a shared service centre in Krakow since 2018. The company offers investors access to digital assets and has been ramping up its in-house blockchain capabilities over the last few years. To help it continue to grow the firm is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence, a Head of Marketing – CEE, a Software Engineer (JVM + Blockchain), and a Head of Risk (Crypto) currently.
There are a handful of other firms also looking for blockchain specialists in Poland today. These include ZEN.com, zeb consulting, passcon, Incubly, Andersen Software and DXC Technology.
Firms Recruiting Blockchain Specialists Remotely
P2P.org, based out of the Cayman Islands, is also on the lookout for Polish talent. The leading institutional-grade staking provider, delivering network rewards across 40+ blockchain networks has several people listed in Poland according to LinkedIn. P2P.org is looking for a Data Engineer to work in the Lambda (DeFi research) team. The role is listed as Warsaw (remote), the company has many offers listed as remote on LinkedIn.
Tether.io is one of the most important companies in blockchain. Its USDT stablecoin is the most popular in the world. The firm has several open roles in Poland for remote workers. These roles include Technical Lead, Account Manager, Technical Project Manager, Senior AI Inference Engineer, Senior Backend Developer – Node.js, Product Engineer and Solutions Partner Manager.
Kraken is one of the world’s largest digital assets exchanges and the leader in euro liquidity. The firm has been at the forefront of blockchain since 2011. To help its continued growth, Kraken is recruiting multiple remote roles in Poland. These include Global Head of Middle Office, General Manager – Embed and Ramp, Senior Product Manager, and more. Locally, Katarzyna Wabik, based out of Krakow, leads growth in Central Eastern Europe.
There are a handful of other firms also looking for blockchain specialists to work remotely out of Poland today. These include Binance, Coins.ph, Deblock, MoonPay, Chainlink Labs, Bitget, Bybit, Deel, Keyrock, SOFTSWISS, Bitfinex, Kake, CowDAO, and a handful of others.
Building the Crypto Ecosystem of the Future
Poland’s tech talent is world class. In a 2025 report by Hackerrank, Polish developers were ranked the third best in the world behind Russian and Chinese developers. When it comes to Algorithms or Python, Poland ranks second. For Java, Poland ranks number 1.
As more blockchain native businesses become aware of the level of Polish talent, the trend of remote hiring in the country will likely increase. The question is, can Polish developers also rank amongst the top blockchain developers in the world?
