HRO has been an amazing brand. It has been the name of the recruitment division of Verita HR since the company was founded in 2009. At the time, Verita HR had multiple brands that operated on the market. These included: Verita PR, HRO Recruitment, Invidia HR, and the leading Polish recruitment industry newswire Magazyn Rekruter. Today, the market has changed. The need for a multi-brand approach is no longer suitable. Instead, market participants are looking for simplicity and clarity from their service provider. This is why, as of today, HRO Digital will be known as Verita HR.

One thing is always certain: change. More importantly, it’s not enough to know that change is inevitable, but embracing it is also essential. This is what we are doing today at Verita HR. Embracing change and making our brand simpler, clearer, and more approachable for our clients, employees, and candidates. To implement this change, two key elements are needed: a desirable company brand and a value proposition for the market.
How Verita HR Became a Leading Recruitment Brand in Poland
Verita HR has been visible on the market since the company first officially opened in 2010. The first issue of Magazyn Rekruter was published in March 2010 with Verita HR’s logo prominently on the first page.
Over the years, Verita HR was shortlisted for Best Recruitment Firm of the Year at the CEE Outsourcing and Shared Services Awards in 2015. It is also Verita HR’s logo that is prominently displayed on the website of ASPIRE, the Association of IT and Business Process Services located in Krakow.
More recently, Verita HR has become more visible in the Tech and Banking markets. In 2023 and 2024, the company has been visible at the Unchain Fintech Festival where the CEE and global fintech community comes together each year. At the same time the team at Verita HR have supported important initiatives like Black Tech Day.
Today Verita HR is a brand that has a strong online presence, a blog that looks more like a news site, and a strong and loyal team. The challenge now is to bring all these things together into one brand, not several.

Why Does Verita HR Exist?
Initially the Verita HR brand was going to be used to serve customers looking for executive search services. One of the first invoices the company issued in 2010 was to a large financial institution that was looking for a new board member.
This plan didn’t work out for several reasons. One of those was the growth of the shared services and outsourcing sector in Poland. These clients needed specialisms in areas like Finance, Technology, Pharma, or Sales and Marketing. Initially these sectors were served by the HRO Recruitment brand and later the HRO Digital brand.
Today, clients and candidates want a recruitment and outsourcing partner that is a specialist. Verita HR has tried to address this need by focusing on sectors like technology, finance, banking, fintech, or wider outsourcing and umbrella services. Another reason was the breadth of experience in outsourcing that Verita HR possessed. It was very hard to offer executive search alongside IT contracting, for instance. Finally, the company has focused on the Krakow and Warsaw markets in-depth with offices operating in both cities since 2010.
To ensure the next phase of growth at Verita HR, the use of one brand rather than multiple brands, is essential. Verita HR is proud of its values and its loyal employees. By contributing to society and driving passion amongst our teams, Verita HR is looking to enhance its value proposition under one brand, not multiple brands.
The Next Iteration of Verita HR Requires the Right Leadership
William Shakespeare wrote in his play Twelfth Night, “some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them.” These words are ingrained into many business leaders today. Verita HR is no different. Over the years the company has produced many leaders who have gone on to do great things. Some of them have stayed with the company too.
