What Services does Verita HR offer?

The story of Verita HR started in 2009, in Poland. It was a story that initially focused on services related to public relations and media. Indeed, in November 2010 at the first ever recruitment industry award it was the media business of Verita HR that was at first visible in Poland.

What very few people know is how the first clients of Verita HR were actually financial institutions. This heritage has helped the current team of Verita HR to continue finance as a specialism for Verita HR. However, the group, which includes the companies Verita HR and HRO Personnel, focuses on many different sectors like cosmetics, electronics, HVAC, fintech, or oil and gas.

Today our editorial focuses on what services Verita HR offer, the company and the group.

Employer Branding Services

Magazyn Rekruter started life off as a pdf in March 2010. The first issue of the newswire had Richard Mbewe, an advisor of the Polish Trade Agency, on its front cover. We were supported in the creation of the editorial by Joanna Biszewska, an experienced Editor from London.

The first few issues of the newswire were followed by the first ever Recruitment Industry Awards ceremony in Poland’s history – Wieczór Rekrutera. The event has taken place thirteen more times since the first event in 2010.

Initially the newswire was created to help create an ecosystem within the recruitment industry in Poland. It took on other roles over the years. Articles have covered practices at companies like Pracuj.pl, Bee Talents, or most recently Sii. Today Magazyn Rekruter offers clients three pivotal services:

Magazyn Rekruter offers these services in English and Polish. In fact our content is neither Polish nor English. We publish articles in both English and Polish in equal amounts. This is a unique offering in the Polish market today. Importantly, Rekruter has a following of over 20,000 on LinkedIn and a huge readership on Facebook too.

Contingency and Permanent Recruitment Services

Finding a trusted recruitment partner can be difficult. With a myriad of suppliers promoting themselves in Poland, it is easy to make the wrong decision about your supplier. At Verita HR we specialize in financial, banking and technology recruiting. This specialism has developed due to our focus on the shared services and outsourcing sector in Poland. We have taken on over 9,000 vacancies for our clients over the years. However, we don’t just look for customer service agents with Norwegian or accounts payable clerks with German. Instead we focus on the harder and more challenging roles that companies are recruiting for. These people can be DevOps engineer, Python developers, Quant analysts, Cybersecurity analysts, or recruitment specialists.

Our recruitment team of HR project co-ordinators are all taught traditional research techniques to best serve our customers. They are adept at market mapping and are constantly looking out for new companies and technologies entering the market. Each client can at any point request a copy of candidates, passive and active, who are contacted for a role.

However, we excel where there is a skills shortage. Often, we must inform our clients that there is less than a handful of people who have the required skills to perform a job. And then we find them.

To embellish the services offered by Verita HR’s recruitment team, we also offer IT contracting as a service. Currently we have over 80 contractors supporting tech divisions of companies in Kraków, Warsaw and Gdańsk. Contracting is an attractive alternative to permanent recruitment. But it’s not quite the same as Personnel Outsourcing.

Personnel Outsourcing Services

Verita HR does offer temporary recruitment services. However, temporary recruitment services in Poland have been in decline for many years. Whether this is due to restrictions placed on companies using this service, or the rise in popularity of IT contracting is hard to say.

At Verita HR we offer outsourcing services in the main. This type of service gives far more flexibility to employers, and a little bit more benefit to the employee too.

If a company wants to commence a working relationship with someone then at Verita HR we can hire this person. We can arrange a working VISA for them. Arrange their medical provider, or other sports or bonus-related schemes. We can even support with dismissals, disciplinaries or the creation of handbooks. And then we can send you an invoice for the service. Often with credit attached allowing for up to thirty days payment terms (only in certain cases where clients are verified).
