Advanced Engineering Project Manager

• Project Manager demonstrates excellence in communicating project goals and processes.
• In this role Project Manager will utilize her/ his experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute project objectives and have the ability to effect short-and long-term project deliverables.
• Execute design, analysis, testing or any other evaluation of assigned product using sound engineering principles adhering to business standards and project requirements
• Provide technical leadership and problem solving guidance to personnel supporting assigned project
• Budget and schedule control to meet project milestones
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated to substantiate assigned components/ assemblies/ systems consistent with engineering policies and procedures
• Provide timely communication on significant issues
• Participate as a presenter or reviewer during technical and program reviews
• Communicate project status to Senior
• Leadership Team
• Assure proper communication to external Customers
• Project Leader will be responsible for product delivery that satisfies customer requirements in terms of performance, weight, cost and schedule. To achieve that, Project Leader will create and execute project plans by coordination of the following functions: electrical & mechanical design and verification, structural analysis, sourcing, manufacturing and all others that may affect product delivery
• On a daily basis, Project Leader will be responsible for project budget and schedule control, Tech Reviews coordination and execution and interaction with Customers.

• Degree (BSc or MSc) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Demonstrated experience on engineering position / experience in aero industry
• Demonstrated experience in project leadership role / experience on a leadership position
• Demonstrated teamwork
• Excellent communication and pro-active approach
• Problem solving attitude
• Ability to work under time pressure and with budget/ resources constraints
• Professional MS Project usage
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Ability and availability to travel abroad
• Proficient English skills (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Czech language
• Ability to work with global team members
• Knowledge of aviation manufacturing processes and techniques
