In today’s rapidly changing business landscape, Klaudia Archimowicz stands out as a dynamic force, seamlessly merging human resources, strategy, and digital marketing to drive growth at Verita HR — a HR and recruitment agency in Poland. Since 2016, Klaudia has been leading teams that deliver top-tier advisory projects to clients across the banking, technology, and business process outsourcing (BPO/SSC) sectors, with a special focus on Poland, the UK, the US, and China. Beyond her role at Verita HR, Klaudia wears another hat as the Digital Lead at Disruption Banking and Magazyn Rekruter, where she crafts compelling designs and engagements that resonate with financial services professionals worldwide.
Today we will be sharing a conversation that our team had with Klaudia. During the conversation we dived into her daily life, leadership philosophy, and what fuels her passion for the ever-changing world of work.
A Day in Klaudia’s World

Forget morning coffee — Klaudia’s day starts with data. “I’m absolutely addicted to data,” she confessed. The first thing she does every morning is check Google Analytics, reviewing traffic data from Verita HR’s website, magazine subpages, and recruitment portals. “I cannot start my work if I don’t see the numbers in the morning.”
By 9 AM, she’s already scanned industry updates from LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and a curated list of key news sources, ensuring she stays ahead of trends. Once that’s done, she jumps into a daily check-in with her team, a quick catch-up call to discuss ongoing projects and align on priorities.
Klaudia splits her work between Verita’s Warsaw office and her home, mostly Mondays and Fridays, where her parrot, Emeric, provides company — and occasional interruptions. “So when I have client meetings, he’s sometimes flying onto my head and biting me in the neck!” She added how “every single day, I drink black tea with a little bit of milk. Instead of coffee.”
A Strategic “Glue” Across Departments
Klaudia’s role at Verita HR is far from siloed — she’s like “a little bit of glue” holding together key departments and functions like recruitment, payroll, HR, legal, and marketing, “because they all work with me,” she says. “My role is 100% client-focused,” she explained.
One of Verita HR’s standout services is helping foreign companies establish operations in Poland. “We don’t just recruit talent; we build entire infrastructures — from finding office spaces to handling legal paperwork and even sourcing apartments for employees.”
Managing such complex operations requires collaboration, and Klaudia credits her team for making it all work. “I have amazing people like Anna and Zuzanna in the key account management team who help coordinate everything and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.”
Milestone Moments and Career-Defining Achievements
Reflecting on her career, Klaudia shared several standout “Oscar” moments — each a pointer to her negotiation skills and strategic mindset. Klaudia shared a success story where she negotiated a higher salary for a candidate.
The candidate wanted 25,000 PLN, but the client’s budget was 20,000 PLN. Klaudia, armed with solid market research, prepared thoroughly, met with the global director of finance from the client side, and successfully negotiated a salary of 35,000 PLN for the candidate, exceeding expectations.
Going Beyond Expectations: A Client-First Approach
Klaudia takes pride in Verita HR’s ability to go above and beyond for clients. She recalled a time in 2018/19 when Verita HR helped a leading bank establish a cybersecurity hub in Poland within nine months — a challenging but ultimately rewarding project.
In the case of a different client, Verita HR helped hire 50 multilingual customer service professionals in just three months, covering languages from German to French to Hebrew, to help run the client’s customer service operations. “If someone comes to us, they know that they will receive high level quality and that we are not just another supplier. We are actually partners. We sit down, we discuss everything, and we make it happen,” she said.
She concluded by adding that Verita HR likes to operate by a “boutique company approach,” — having almost everything you need in one place.
For Klaudia, success isn’t just about meeting KPIs; it’s about fostering trust and relationships. “It’s about a happy client and happy team that is serving the client,” she explained.
“It’s not always about money. It’s great to see a smile on the client’s face when we finally close a project. There’s no price tag you can put on that.”
Stepping into Leadership in A Relentless Pursuit of Excellence
Klaudia’s leadership philosophy is clear — empower, don’t micromanage. “I don’t like micromanagement. For me, the best is to brainstorm with teams. To help people come up with their own ideas with my support and that makes them feel more responsible for what they are doing,” she said.
However, Klaudia admits leadership wasn’t always easy. “I’ve had to learn emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and how to balance being a boss and a friend,” she said. Through years of experience and personal development, she has honed her skills in people management, which has contributed to Verita HR’s impressive internal employee retention rates.
Continuous Learning: Pushing Boundaries and Staying Fresh

Klaudia’s passion for learning has driven her career forward. She emphasized the importance of staying updated with market trends. Verita HR gathers market knowledge through it’s Magazyn Rekruter, and Disruption Banking, which cover HR, recruitment, and global market trends.
She thrives on stepping outside her comfort zone, whether it’s speaking on stage or diving into the latest trends in AI, blockchain, and Web3. “Every single year, I attend at least 12 events,” giving away how she and Verita HR by extension stay up-to-date with market trends globally.
Of her many superpowers, Klaudia says, “If you asked my team, they would say my superpower is small talk because I’m very good at making clients at ease with us.”
“My superpower is also deep diving into tasks that I’m scared of,” because she believes that that’s how you learn.
What’s Next for Verita HR?
As Verita HR gears up for another year of growth, Klaudia has some exciting projects underway.
“We’re focusing on digital transformation, making our services more seamless and automated,” she said. “And we’re expanding our team in London to support our growing international client base. This year we have also refocussed on PR and marketing.”
But Klaudia’s biggest ambition? Helping a company go public by being “involved in the initial public offering (IPO),” Klaudia shared with a confident smile.
Beyond Work: What Drives Klaudia?
When she’s not buried in analytics or closing deals, Klaudia loves to unwind by travelling — with a goal of visiting every country in the world before she’s 85. “I love exploring new places, but I also enjoy the quieter side of England — Cornwall, Wales, the countryside,” she shared. She says she even wants to visit North Korea, if possible.
She’s also a self-proclaimed YouTube addict, diving into everything from AI tutorials to 3D printing videos. “I try to learn something new every day — it keeps things interesting,” she says.
And then there’s driving — her ultimate stress reliever. “It’s not very ESG friendly but I love to drive. I drive, I listen to music,” she laughs.
Words of Advice for Aspiring Leaders
If there’s one piece of advice Klaudia would give to someone looking to follow in her footsteps, it’s this:
“Never stop learning. Stay curious, own your mistakes, and don’t be afraid to try new things — even if they scare you.”
She also has a golden rule: never send an angry email. “Take a walk around the block first. It works every time,” she advised with a smile.
